Description: Other Versions - Water Right Query System carries the version history of Montana water rights. It contains one record for every water right version that holds an operating authority but is not the version currently designated as public, allowing users of the Water Right Query System to review how a right was described under earlier authorizations, change authorizations, and amendments. The attribution is identical to WRQS_PUBLIC_VERSIONS - basin and water right number, type and status, version type, priority and enforceable priority dates, owners, purposes, sources, means of diversion, quantities, feature counts, ditches, geocodes, counties, remarks, and abstract, scan, authorization, and case links - so the two tables can be unioned or compared version to version. The table is non-spatial.
