It contains one record for each water right, representing the single version of that right currently designated as the public version by the WRD business rules. Each record rolls the full version up into a flat, map- and report-ready row: basin and water right number, water right type and status, version type, priority and enforceable priority dates, current owners, purposes of use, source types and names, means of diversion, maximum flow rate (in native units and converted to both gallons per minute and cubic feet per second), maximum volume and acres, animal units, counts of points of diversion, places of use, irrigated places of use and reservoirs, associated ditches and Department of Revenue geocodes, the counties in which the right's features fall, issue and associated remarks, and hyperlinks to the public abstract report, the scanned water right file in FileNet, and the WRQS authorization and case views. The table is non-spatial; join it to WRQS_PODS, WRQS_POUS, or WRQS_RESERVOIRS on WRGT_ID_SEQ or WRKEY to map its contents.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV> |
