Service Description: Montana Statewide Roads is an effort to compile all roads in Montana due to no one singular data source containing such a dataset. Montana MSDI Transportation is the best resource for local, county, and MDT transportation data, however, federal and rural areas frequently do not report to Montana MSDI. Sources: Federal Highways Administration, MT MSDI State Library, Montana DNRC Forest Management Bureau, National Park Service, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Census Bureau, U.S. Forest Service GTAC Gap Roads, USFS MVUM Plus, USFS R1 EDW, National Forest System Roads, USFS R1 EDW Roads, Closed to Motorized Use
